Cam Clark concentrates his practice in the areas of:
Cam represents private sector commercial, industrial and residential users and developers in a wide variety of matters involving real estate, zoning, planning, platting and permitting as well as regulatory issues. A large part of his practice involves land use issues before Area Plan Commissions, Board of Zoning Appeals, and various Boards of County Commissioners, and City and County Councils throughout the State of Indiana. He also represents business and real estate clients in all phases of acquisitions as well as forming business entities and owners associations and subdivision and horizontal property covenants and restrictions.
As part of his administrative practice Cam has represented 501(c)3 organizations involving charitable purposes performed by religious and educational institutions as well as veteran’s organizations. He has also represented businesses large and small before the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission as well as the Indiana Department of Revenue.
Cam has been in private practice in Indiana since 1990. He graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in economics in 1985 and, after three years in banking, enrolled at Indiana University School of Law obtaining his J.D. degree in 1990.
Cam has been actively involved in the Indianapolis Bar Association as Chair of multiple sections of the Bar including the Land Use Section. He has acted as Event Chair for continuing legal education seminars as well as Key Note Speaker as various land use orientation events.
