Robert V. Clutter

Robert Clutter concentrates his practice in the areas of:

• land use planning and zoning
• general litigation and criminal defense

Bob is engaged in litigation before state and federal trial and appellate courts and before administrative agencies. He has particular experience in real estate litigation.

Bob frequently represents clients in land use and zoning cases before local governmental authorities. He represents residential and commercial developers in zoning cases in Indianapolis and the surrounding communities. Bob also serves as the attorney for the Board of Zoning Appeals and the Plan Commission for the town of Cloverdale, Indiana.

Bob has extensive prior experience in criminal defense at both trial and appellate levels. He has represented individuals charged with murder in which the death penalty was sought in trial and on appeal.

Bob has been in private practice in Indiana since 1987. He attended Purdue University obtaining a B. S. in Industrial Engineering in 1983, and Indiana University - Indianapolis, where he received his J. D. in 1987.

Bob is a member of the Indianapolis and Indiana State Bar Associations.
