Firm Overview

Clark, Quinn, Moses, Scott & Grahn, LLP was originally established in 1957 as Quinn, Howard & Clark. Recently, following a merger with Grahn & Grahn the firm name was changed to Clark, Quinn, Moses, Scott & Grahn, LLP.

Few law firms in Indianapolis have been as deeply involved in the legal and business decisions that have shaped central Indiana over the last half century. Alex Clark, an original founder of the firm, served as the mayor of Indianapolis from 1952 to 1956. James C. Clark served as State Representative from 1962 to 1964. Additionally, throughout the firm's history, its members and associates have been very involved in a variety of civic, community and charitable endeavors including the Boy Scouts, numerous youth athletic activities, the arts and theatre, and various non-profit organizations and ventures. A sampling of these activities can be found in the attorney biographies which follow.

The founders of the firm had in mind creation of a law firm that provides quality professional legal services in a highly personalized, comfortable environment. Almost fifty years later, Clark Quinn maintains this business approach as its fundamental mission. Our primary objective is to help our clients achieve their goals in the most efficient, cost-effective and timely manner. Our long-standing relationship with many of our clients reflects the fact that we are successful in that endeavor.

Invariably, legal disputes arise as a natural part of all progress and change. We pride ourselves at Clark Quinn in providing innovative and yet practical solutions to our clients' legal problems. Members of Clark Quinn have counseled businesses and individuals for nearly 50 years in the areas of real estate, land use, business services, mergers and acquisitions, public utility, criminal and civil litigation, probate and estate administration, and family law.

Whether it is advocating in the courtroom or administrative tribunal, negotiating a contract dispute, a zoning controversy, a purchase contract or preparing a merger or acquisition transaction, our attorneys are committed to proactively protecting our clients' interests. By effectively communicating with our clients and understanding their respective business and individual needs, and through utilizing efficient internal research and technology resources and cost-conscious staffing teams, we are better able to help clients achieve their goals.

There is simply no substitute for the experience or the knowledge gained over nearly five decades of innovatively tackling the law or, in some cases, writing it. We pride ourselves on this tradition. And we understand that a growing, changing environment will always have its share of legal challenges and problems to solve. Let us help you achieve your goals.
