Clark, Quinn, Moses, Scott & Grahn, LLP traces its roots as far back as 1945. The law firm of Quinn, Howard & Clark was formed in 1957. Raymond Grahn began his practice in Indianapolis in 1945. The two firms merged recently, forming Clark, Quinn, Moses, Scott & Grahn, LLP.

Few law firms in Indianapolis have been as deeply involved in the legal and business decisions that have shaped central Indiana. Alex Clark, an original founder of the firm, served as the mayor of Indianapolis from 1952 to 1956. James C. Clark served as State Representative from 1962 to 1964. Throughout the firm's history, its members and associates have been very involved in a variety of civic, community and charitable endeavors including the Boy Scouts, numerous youth athletic activities, the arts and theatre, and various non-profit organizations and ventures. The founders of the firm wanted to create a law firm that provides quality professional legal services in a highly personalized, comfortable environment. Now 60 years later, Clark Quinn maintains this business approach as its fundamental mission.
