Frank D. Otte

Frank D. Otte concentrates his practice in the areas of:

Frank represents numerous families and locally owned businesses throughout central Indiana. He graduated from Cathedral High School in 1989. Thereafter, he received his B.S. degree from Indiana University, Bloomington in 1993, and his J.D. degree from Indiana University, Bloomington in 1997. Frank was admitted to practice law in Indiana and Montana in 1997. He is a member of the Indianapolis and Indiana State Bar Associations.

Frank served as a member of the Indiana University Board of Trustees from 1995 to 1997. He is a member of the Immaculate Heart Catholic Parish in Indianapolis and is active in the Indianapolis based Boy Scout Troop 174, serving as an Assistant Scout Master. He is also a chairman with the Penrod Society of Indianapolis. Frank's hobbies include spending as much time outdoors as possible, including bird hunting, fly-fishing and working on a family farm in Morgan County, Indiana.
