Frank D. Otte concentrates his practice in the areas of:

Frank represents numerous businesses and families throughout the State of Indiana.

Frank’s general business litigation practice is focused on providing efficient and cost-effective representation for family and closely held businesses in matters including landlord/tenant disputes, contracts, mechanics liens, collection and general corporate matters. Frank also pursues and defends claims for personal injury clients. As a result of his work in the personal injury field, Frank has become a skilled advocate in representing purchasers of individual settlement payments. Frank’s knowledge of the Indiana courts and the statutory framework in this area makes him an efficient and effective resource when representing purchasers of settlement payments.

In addition to his general litigation practice, Frank regularly assists clients in the area of family law, estate planning, probate and real estate. He also provides advice and counsel to numerous small businesses handling day-to-day issues that confront the small business owner.

Frank graduated from Cathedral High School in Indianapolis, Indiana, in 1989. Thereafter, he received his B.S. degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana, in 1993, and his JD from Indiana University, Bloomington, in 1997. Frank was admitted to practice law in the states of Indiana and Montana in 1997. He is a member of the Indiana and Montana State Bar Association.

Frank served as a member of the Indiana University Board of Trustees from 1995 to 1997. He is a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Indianapolis and is active in the Indianapolis based Boy Scout Troop 174, serving as Scoutmaster. Frank’s hobbies include spending as much time outdoors as possible, including bird hunting, fly fishing and working on a family farm in Morgan County, Indiana.
