Jennifer F. Perry

Jenny focuses her practice in the areas of civil appeals and employment law.  She is experienced at advising and counseling employers on a wide range of employment related topics, including personnel policies and practices, employee termination and disciplinary matters and wage and hour issues.  Jenny also has extensive litigation experience, having successfully represented clients before state and federal trial and appellate courts and administrative agencies with regard to a broad array of complex business related disputes.Jenny also serves as an adjunct professor at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law teaching legal analysis, research and communication to first year law students.

Jenny received her B.S. degree in business from Indiana University in 1989 and her J.D. degree summa cum laude from the Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, in 1995. While in law school, she was an Articles Editor for the Indiana Law Review, a member of the Order of the Barristers and served as an intern for U.S. Magistrate Judge Kennard P. Foster.
