Elizabeth Bentz Williams

Elizabeth Williams is a land use consultant with a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning concentrating in:

Elizabeth works in the area of land use dealing with rezoning, variances, platting and site plan approvals before Plan Commissions, Board of Zoning Appeals and various municipalities and governing bodies throughout the State of Indiana.

She has represented local municipalities in developing and revising Comprehensive Plans and Zoning Ordinances. She has experience working with local planners and government officials regarding land development.

She is involved with residential, commercial, industrial and special use development in matters of zoning, planning and permitting.

Elizabeth has been in the private sector since 1995. She graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in contract design in 1978 and with an M.S. in Urban Planning from the School of Civil Engineering, Purdue University in 1982. She received membership in the American Institute of Certified Planners in 1991.

Elizabeth spent 16 years in public service working in various roles of planner through administrator for Tippecanoe Area Plan Commission in Lafayette, Indiana and the Department of Metropolitan Development, City of Indianapolis.
